Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 (% Bonus potential evaluated after first 90 days)
Work Environment: On-site, Mon-Fri
Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Services & Operations Associate to join a mission-critical team supporting two advisors and a financial planner. Join a high-performing wealth management team as a Client Services & Operations Associate in a pivotal, dual-function role. You'll split your time between supporting critical operational workflows and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and team members. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for growing within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and logistics for client and internal meetings
- Lead new client account onboarding via Wealthbox, WealthScape, and Jump AI
- Manage documentation, workflows, and system updates for operational accuracy
- Process transactions, data entry, and track progress across systems
- Continuously scan for opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
Administrative & Client Services:
- Provide a welcoming and professional environment: greet clients and respond to inquiries
- Schedule meetings, maintain client records, and manage communication
- Support two advisors and a financial planner with administrative tasks, follow-up, and coordination
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure compliance and transparency
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in financial services or a client services role required
- Proficiency with Wealthbox, WealthScape
- Jump AI experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a small, collaborative team
- Series 7 and 65 licenses preferred, but not required
