  • Facilitates executive management processes, including support for USPAH LT meetings and events.
  • Stay connected with program management for specific strategic initiatives that are critical in meeting enterprise and business unit goals to support USPAH leaders.
  • Responsible for interacting with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment and synergy with planning; supports executive updates around strategic initiatives, communicates objectives between departments. 
  • Responsible for interacting with members at all levels to advance and assess the successful execution of executive planning and logistics.
  • Supports effective information exchange, and ensures workflows exist and function as applicable, to consistently meet targeted timelines and milestones.
  • Supports the EVP in the management of the business unit executive lead team, strategy, and planning; Ensures that all executive meetings are strategic, EVP is appropriately prepared, and all parties are held accountable to outcomes/goals.
  • Builds and nurtures relationships to serve as a resource for the EVP and point of contact as designated for key constituents to resolve complex issues and help move forward strategic priorities and drive decision making.
  • Organizes and participates in key meetings with the leadership team and others as needed and delegated. Helps drive understanding and move decision-making forward.
  • Works closely with administrative team members to plan and execute scheduling and commitments of the EVP.   
  • Improves current processes and coordinates organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, strategy, marketing, sales, communications, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree Program; MBA preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive responsibility in the areas of sales, support and/or operations; and demonstrated ability to effectively manage medium to large-scale change and improvement initiatives.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills necessary to navigate broadly across a multitude of internal departments and organizational levels
  • High degree of technical knowledge of principles in business administration, communications, strategy development and project management
  • Ability to understand and strategically interpret business unit goals into guidance and provide senior leadership support for organizational effectiveness and customer experience 
  • Tactical agility and consultative approach to problem solving with a bias toward delivery and results
  • Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior level executives
  • Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail, and strong project management skills
  • Must be highly resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptive to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous detail orientation, with excellent follow through and follow up
  • Ability to identify and proactively manage risks to the successful execution of business short- and long-term strategy
  • Knowledge of Cencora policies, programs & services, and products
  • Superior oral and written communications skills
  • Strong creativity
  • Working knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs
