Skills
- Strong WMS and ERP experience for inventory tracking and fulfillment
- Proven warehouse leadership with team development and scheduling skills
- Experience with manufacturing-support fulfillment and bulk wholesale orders
- Knowledge of lean/Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement
- Procurement and vendor management for plant supplies
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, cycle counts, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure a clean, safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee bulk wholesale order fulfillment to meet accuracy, timeliness, and SLA targets
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service to align production and shipment schedules
- Manage procurement of local plant services and supplies and maintain purchasing processes
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop warehouse associates, leads, and supervisors
- Drive SQDC KPIs (inventory accuracy, stock-outs, on-time shipment, productivity) and lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Utilize WMS/ERP systems and partner with IT to integrate new technologies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Relevant manufacturing and fulfillment management experience
Benefits
- Base salary $85,000 - $95,000 per year
- Annual bonus (variable by role level)
