Responsibilities
- Design tools and workflows for rapid prototyping of AI agents, enabling easy composition of reasoning loops and toolchains.
- Develop platform solutions for scalable experimentation, dataset generation, and multi-agent evaluations.
- Implement and optimize feedback pipelines using both automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation methods.
- Apply and scale advanced optimization techniques such as Direct Preference Optimization (DPO) and Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO).
- Deploy and monitor fine-tuned models in production with robust rollback and performance strategies.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate state-of-the-art research into reliable production systems.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
