Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally to scope and deliver analytics initiatives from metric definitions to automated reporting
- Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable ETL pipelines and data models using modern tooling (Airflow, Spark)
- Lead end-to-end development of analytics products including ingestion, transformation, and visualization
- Develop and maintain dashboards and self-serve analytics (Looker, Superset, Tableau) for stakeholders
- Support competitive benchmarking and contextualize Robinhood’s performance relative to peers
- Advocate for best practices in measuring and interpreting customer feedback (e.g., NPS)
- Build internal frameworks and tools to improve data accessibility, quality, and governance
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) or continuing education in analytics, data science, or related fields is a plus
