• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data requirements and ensure master data quality.
• Lead the design, development, and enrichment of master data.
• Implement and maintain MDM solutions, managing data matching and hierarchy.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment.
• Develop workflows within MDM tools to enhance business processes.
• Oversee governance policies for master data quality.
• Create training materials and provide training for business users.
• Regularly assess MDM processes and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data handling regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or computer science.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in MDM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Ataccama, Informatica, or SAP MDG.
• Strong understanding of data architectures and ETL processes.
• Ability to design and implement data matching and survivorship rules.
• Experience integrating MDM with ERP and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and ensure data quality.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences.
