Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent office buildout projects end-to-end: planning, design, permitting, procurement, and construction.
- Lead RFPs, vendor selection, and manage architects, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate across Workplace, Corporate Engineering, Security, Finance, and cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Review and validate drawings, timelines, cost data, and contractor deliverables.
- Oversee program financials: funding requests, budget adherence, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability recommendations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
- Manage contract and project closeout, invoicing, retention release, and deliverable confirmation.
- Build and scale vendor relationships and standardized program practices.
- Partner with Finance and Workplace Ops to track and manage fixed assets across sites.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
