Jr Analyst - Capital Development

Equinox is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Analyst to join our Capital Development team. This role supports our Construction group by preparing and maintaining expense reports, tracking project budgets, monitoring tenant allowances, and assisting with project reporting needs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with data, and able to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and analyze expense reports for ongoing and upcoming capital projects.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and tenant allowance reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate project data and documentation in tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to gather required financial and project information.
• Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates and project status reports.
• Support month-end reporting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for the Capital Development and Construction teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in construction, real estate, capital development, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Procore preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Transparency: Min $80K - Max $90k
