- Solid understanding of ASC 740 and foreign tax concepts
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, Smartview, Essbase, and data warehouses
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Manage US international tax calculation processes including GILTI, BEAT, Pillar 2, Sec. 987, DCL, and foreign tax credits
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of foreign income tax returns
- Prepare and review tax supporting documentation
- Support financial modeling for strategic and operational tax planning
- Maintain SOX compliance and support worldwide SOX processes
- Drive process improvements in international tax accounting collaboratively
- Assist with managing tax audits, payments, and ad hoc projects
- Monitor and interpret changes in US and foreign tax laws and accounting pronouncements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and project completion
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Master’s degree in Tax or CPA certification preferred
