Skills
- 5+ years in digital product design, especially B2B or platform environments
- Expertise in systems thinking, interaction, visual design, and prototyping
- Experience with design systems and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong strategic thinking, product judgment, and communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and iterative design processes
Responsibilities
- Define cohesive patterns, interaction models, and frameworks for platform-wide consistency
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to support platform growth
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to create elegant, scalable solutions
- Lead user research and discovery to understand diverse user needs
- Create prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design decisions
- Drive adoption of platform conventions across products
- Communicate design intent and tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Advocate for human-centered, system-aware design practices
- Mentor junior designers and promote continuous learning
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in design or related field
