Senior Staff Engineer, Agent Foundry
Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development
- Experience delivering cloud-native production systems end-to-end
- Proficiency with modern front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Kotlin, Java, and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven architectures, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent frameworks
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI integration patterns
- Expertise in RESTful API design, scalable data workflows, and security best practices
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Passion for clean code, iterative development, and measurable outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of complex full-stack systems powering intelligent agents
- Collaborate with Product, CX, and AI Platform teams to scope, prototype, and launch AI-driven agents
- Design reusable patterns, frameworks, and abstractions for agent development
- Integrate AI models and services with Ridgeline’s unified data platform APIs
- Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of deployed solutions
- Partner with Product teams to support adoption and long-term success of AI agents
- Contribute to company best practices for generative AI development
- Mentor engineering team members and promote engineering excellence
- Evaluate generative AI advances and balance performance, reliability, and cost tradeoffs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
