Skills
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Deep working knowledge of front-end build tooling (Webpack, Bun, Storybook) and CI systems (GitHub Actions)
- Proven experience with large-scale test automation frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into developer workflows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and automation workflows
- Ability to design reliable, maintainable automation at scale and troubleshoot complex failures
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks and libraries for Ridgeline's front-end ecosystem.
- Build internal tools and CI/CD integrations to improve test reliability, consistency, and developer productivity.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to identify test gaps, generate targeted coverage, and accelerate debugging.
- Develop agentic workflows that autonomously detect, diagnose, and propose fixes for quality issues.
- Partner with product engineers to automate repetitive workflows and reduce points of fragility without slowing delivery.
- Instrument metrics and observability to make quality measurable, repeatable, and automatic.
- Contribute to a collaborative, learning-driven culture focused on technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Work authorization in the United States without employer sponsorship
