Skills
- Hands-on experience implementing investment management or portfolio accounting software
- Deep understanding of institutional investment processes and instruments (equities, derivatives, FX, fixed income, structured products)
- Proven experience with data migration, reconciliation, reporting, and portfolio accounting
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate complex business and technical topics clearly
Responsibilities
- Engage client stakeholders to analyze, design, and deploy strategic back-office workflows across the investment lifecycle
- Configure, test, and validate Ridgeline software including portfolio accounting, reconciliations, data ingestion, and report customization
- Manage and execute data migration and reconciliation activities to ensure accurate go-lives
- Collaborate with technical integration consultants on data and system integrations
- Provide product feedback to Product and Engineering, report issues, and recommend enhancements
- Partner with Customer Success to evolve delivery tools, templates, and methodologies
- Mentor and coach peer consultants and contribute to documentation and best practices
- Support external evangelism of the platform and assist during sales or prospective customer discussions
- Travel domestically up to 20% to support customer engagements and go-lives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field
