Director - Supply Chain Technology Consulting Practice

Role Overview

Nagarro is building a global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) —combining our proven technology leadership with deep Supply Chain expertise — to shape AI-driven, resilient, and sustainable supply chains for the future. 

We are seeking a senior supply chain specialist with proven mix of strategic communications and hands-on deployment experience in AI, supply chain analytics and optimization, and end-to-end supply chain execution (eg procurement, planning, manufacturing and distribution) and change management across industry sectors.  

This role will lead the design and execution of AI-led supply chain solutions and guide our clients across sectors and geographies through the business change journey — from vision to execution, adoption and concrete realization of business value.  

You will be a curious thought leader who loves exploring the art of the AI possible while also passionate about immersing in the messy day-to-day mechanics of startup craft and solutions innovation.  You’ll delight in conceptual pioneering, but you’ll be even more excited about seeing our customers capture measurable value at scale. 

• Location: Remote-friendly (Preferred: San Jose, CA; Secondary: New York, NY or Atlanta, GA)
• Travel: Occasional travel to client sites and Nagarro offices required

Key Deliverables (First 12 months) 

1. Market Positioning, Partnerships and Team Building 

• Activate go-to-market strategy for integrated supply chain solutions mapped to specific industry/function verticals and buyer personas.   
• Create intellectual property framework and publish thought leadership pieces establishing Nagarro's unique POV on AI-driven supply chain transformation. 
• Establish strategic partnerships with breakthrough technology vendors (e.g., Lyric, Auger) to enhance solution credibility and reach. 
• Become a trusted mentor on the Supply Chain CoE, imparting your domain expertise and real-world commercial insights to enable a high performing strategy, transformation, and solutions developm. ent

1. Supply Chain Planning and Execution Strategy & Solutioning  (client facing) 

• Assess client supply chain maturity, pain points, and AI-readiness. 
• Define a prioritized roadmap of AI-led solutions (e.g., demand forecasting, network optimization, predictive inventory management). 
• Co-design a differentiated technical portfolio of Nagarro supply chain decision support and execution solutions. 
• Close lighthouse clients, including at least one Fortune 1000 company. 
• Achieve measurable client returns, targeting double-digit % improvement in core supply chain KPIs e.g. demand sensing/forecasting tool: forecast accuracy, cost-to-serve, inventory productivity, fill rate. 

1. Change Management and Adoption (client facing) 

• Shape client organizational change initiatives to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working. 
• Develop and execute adoption strategies to embed AI-enabled decision-making in client operations. 
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across supply chain, IT, finance, and commercial teams. 
• Deliver training programs and stakeholder engagement plans to maximize ROI on transformation efforts. 
• Develop and deploy telemetry mechanisms (proof of value) that enables clients to assure ROI and reinvest in the transformation journey.

• Entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of launching or scaling new business units or consulting practices. 
• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology, including client-facing roles with C-suite executives. 
• Deep expertise in supply chain strategy, planning, and execution, ideally with exposure to multiple industries. 
• Hands-on experience as a product owner, product manager, or solution architect for technology offerings—ideally AI or data-driven. 
• Demonstrated ability to bridge engineering and business, working closely with technical teams to develop viable, valuable solutions. 
• Strong understanding of change management and user-centric design, with experience leading transformation initiatives. 
• Ability to lead with influence, set direction, and roll up sleeves to get things done. 
• MBA or equivalent preferred; technical background or engineering degree a plus.
