- Proven experience building and maturing FinOps practices
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud cost management (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- SaaS product experience, ideally with FinOps platforms
- Strong executive presence and consultative advising skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and provide engagement management and strategic FinOps advisory services
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to align FinOps goals with business objectives
- Drive product adoption of the DoiT Cloud Intelligence platform through training and user enablement
- Perform FinOps maturity assessments and develop crawl-walk-run roadmaps to advance maturity
- Manage workstreams and ensure accountability across customer and DoiT teams
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to product and internal teams
- Own customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and partner with sales to ensure renewals
- Maintain comprehensive customer 360 documentation in the Customer Success platform
- Represent DoiT at industry events and conferences
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Relevant professional certifications (FinOps, cloud certifications) are a plus
