Join Resultant as a Service Delivery Manager to lead client-focused support and enhance service delivery teams. This fully remote role in the US seeks a problem solver to ensure exceptional client experiences and drive continuous improvement in technical services.
Responsibilities: Responsible for providing outstanding support to clients, analyzing service levels, and facilitating continual service improvements. Oversee service portfolios, conduct governance for reporting, and manage relationships with technical teams and clients to enhance IT capabilities.
Skills: Strong background in service delivery, project management, with knowledge of COBIT, ITIL practices, and excellent communication skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage third-party vendors is essential.
Qualifications: 5 to 8 years of service analyst or delivery experience, Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred. IT Managed Services consulting experience is a plus.
Location: Remote position available within the United States, with required availability during Central Time business hours.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $120,000.
