Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in marketing analytics, preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel and metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, CAC, LTV)
- Proven experience building or applying projected LTV models
- Solid SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R a plus
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Experience with dashboarding tools (Sigma, Clarisights) and reporting
- Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional work
Responsibilities
- Analyze B2B marketing funnel (lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity → revenue) and identify drop-off points for paid channels
- Develop and refine multi-touch attribution models to evaluate channel impact
- Design and maintain projected LTV models to inform acquisition and retention strategies
- Support paid marketing budget allocation and pipeline forecasting using predictive models
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Sigma, Clarisights) for marketing and revenue stakeholders
- Ensure CRM and marketing automation data quality and governance (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot)
- Collaborate with RevOps and marketing leaders to translate analytics into actionable recommendations
- Support technical setup and signal architecture for paid acquisition and measurement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field is a plus but not required
