Responsibilities
- Implement OT treatment plans as directed by supervising OT
- Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and train on adaptive equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Monitor, document and report patient progress to the supervising OT
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate, timely patient records and documentation
Education
- Current COTA certification
- Valid state licensure to practice as a COTA in California
- CPR certification (current)
