- Minimum 3 months clinical experience as a licensed PT

- Ability to manage time and a variable caseload independently
Responsibilities
- Provide patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver 1:1 or 2:1 direct patient care across assigned caseload
- Document assessments, treatments, and progress in the EHR accurately and efficiently
- Manage and control personal caseload (10–40 visits/week) and scheduling
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and progression
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team to optimize outcomes
- Meet productivity and quality metrics informed by clinical outcomes data
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or equivalent
- Active Physical Therapist license in Georgia
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
