Our Professional and Data Services (PDS) team sits at the intersection of innovation and impact, designing bespoke solutions that go beyond standard products to solve some of the aviation industry’s most complex data challenges. We combine deep technical expertise with hands-on collaboration across sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

About the job:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll bring custom data solutions to life, leveraging your expertise in SQL, Tableau, and cloud-based systems to tackle unique client needs. This is not a traditional analytics role — it’s an opportunity to think creatively, deliver value through tailored insights, and directly shape outcomes for Cirium’s global client base. You’ll serve as a trusted partner from presales through delivery, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring excellence at every step.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Partnering with sales and presales teams to understand customer needs, translating them into clear delivery requirements, and developing Statements of Work (SOW), including cost negotiation and fulfillment planning.

• Defining the scope of work, assigning client costs and delivery timelines, balancing team workload, and supporting presales conversations through proposal approval.

• Delivering tailored client solutions on time and within agreed margins, while proactively identifying and mitigating any commercial or delivery risks.

• Monitoring the commercial pipeline to ensure all necessary information is captured and delivery resources are appropriately aligned.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for delivery, supporting the client journey from presales through implementation and post-delivery engagement, including measuring customer satisfaction.

• Providing regular updates on project delivery status and financial performance, including revenue, margin, and team utilization.

• Collaborating directly with clients to scope projects, manage delivery pipelines, and ensure we consistently exceed expectations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience in an organization delivering data or analytics services

• Strong understanding of data concepts, including systems, models, and databases

• Advanced SQL coding skills

• Advanced Tableau dashboard/workbook development skills

• Experience developing cloud-based solutions using Git, AWS S3, and Redshift

• Proven track record of solving complex customer challenges

• Familiarity with aviation data is highly desirable

• A strong interest in AI and enthusiasm for contributing to Cirium’s AI-driven aviation data platform
