Responsibilities
Support and execute the global commercial strategy for Identity Proofing and Multi-Factor Authentication.
Facilitate action to accomplish commercial strategy by working in a matrix cross functional team (finance, product development, editorial, marketing, sales) to execute go to market strategies in the specific market area.
Accountable for revenue objectives in the specific market area.
Ensures the proper execution of strategic market area plan
Develop recommendations for new product concepts, product positioning, pricing, and existing product modifications to support rapid adoption within the individual market verticals, and across the overall commercial strategy.
Review and evaluate the market area performance on a continuous basis and establish the proper measures of performance; provide direction for modification in execution in response to prevailing business conditions.
Support the analysis for specific near-term commercial opportunities of major importance and the development of business cases, pricing, negotiation and contract strategies to ensure an adequate level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a view of the capability gaps facing the organization and create commercial strategy including buy/build/partner recommendations
Develop and recommend sales channel strategy utilizing market research and data.
Initiates and develops pricing strategies and policies; recommend pricing actions and promotional programs in support of market area strategy and revenue plan.
Requirements
Requires a BS or equivalent educational achievement.
Requires a minimum of 5-7 years related technical and professional experience.
Skills required include business acumen, strategic planning, quantitative analytical abilities, creativity, leadership and outstanding communication skills.
The ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.

Position is eligible for base salary plus an annual bonus.
