Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50,000 - $70,000.

WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
The Operations Specialist will help manage Client Care’s digital adoptions tools to maximize efforts with AI and automation. They will also help manage other enterprise operational tools, as required based on business need, such as our CRM and phone tools to streamline processes and ensure consistency in reporting. This role will focus on the Relias client experience across its platform portfolio to help drive self-service resources and reduce client friction within our applications and across our self-help communities.
