- Proven safety risk identification and mitigation in test operations
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis under time pressure
Responsibilities
- Write test plans, procedures, and work instructions for structural and fluid component test campaigns
- Collaborate with design engineers to address safety, operability, and maintainability early in development
- Lead Test Readiness Reviews and set control-room culture for safe, efficient execution
- Develop and implement automated test procedures to improve efficiency and reliability
- Operate and support test stands in manual and automated modes and troubleshoot unexpected conditions
- Support post-test analysis, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related field
- 5+ years operating complex equipment and/or planning complex operations
