- Datacenter operations, backup/DR strategy, and infrastructure scalability
- Technical leadership, team mentoring, and project portfolio management
- Ability to produce and maintain architecture and operational documentation
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of systems engineers covering Linux, Windows, compute, storage, and virtualization
- Plan and align infrastructure projects with company priorities and launch-readiness milestones
- Provide architectural-level technical leadership and develop multi-year infrastructure roadmaps
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with DevOps, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Test Operations
- Establish operational and architectural standards to ensure resilience, scalability, and security
- Act as a player-coach: contribute hands-on for complex troubleshooting, design, or migration tasks
- Oversee datacenter operations, backup/DR strategy, and infrastructure scaling for high-throughput workloads
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
