Skills
- Hands-on Dynatrace experience (OneAgent, dashboards, basic API familiarity).
- Experience integrating monitoring with AWS and/or Azure.
- Technical support or systems operations experience involving system design/integration.
- Experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for task/incident management.
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify monitoring gaps, and recommend remediation.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent across systems and environments.
- Design, build, and enhance Dynatrace dashboards and basic performance reports.
- Integrate Dynatrace alerts with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and alerting pipelines.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and monitoring issues to maintain reliable visibility.
- Complete and document assigned work items in ServiceNow (incidents, requests, tasks).
- Assist onboarding/offboarding of systems and devices into Dynatrace and related tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure monitoring coverage meets system and mission requirements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline with 5+ years relevant experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 13+ years relevant experience
