- 10+ years of product design experience
- Hands-on experience designing for trading platforms or financial products
- Strong product thinking and solutions-oriented approach
- Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Proven track record of shipping product features within a product team
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Define product and design strategy for the advanced trading experience and contribute to decision-making
- Own end-to-end user journeys from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production-ready designs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and marketing to shape and execute the roadmap
- Design clear, responsive web and mobile interfaces tailored to advanced trading workflows
- Participate in and lead design critiques, delivering and incorporating constructive feedback
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Formal degree not strictly required — portfolio and experience prioritized
