Job Description
- Plan, create, and edit content (videos, photos, graphics, and copy) for social media and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to create content that aligns with project goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure all design elements align with brand identity and meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of online content trends, especially in toys, games, pop culture, and entertainment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual in English and Japanese is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
