Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain large federated BIM models spanning 8–10 design and engineering disciplines.
- Manage digital delivery strategy and workflow with discipline leads and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate models produced by internal design teams, trade contractors and external vendors.
- Integrate layout and tool-line owners’ work and support design teams using the model for planning and conceptual tasks.
- Support model-based quantity takeoffs and align BIM parameters with Work Breakdown Structure cost tracking.
- Implement model automations and improvements using Revit API and related tools.
- Work with point cloud/laser scan and drone survey data to validate as-built conditions and update models.
- Lead and mentor a small technical team to roll out rapid solutions and standardized practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (5–8 years)
- Relevant professional training or certifications in BIM/VDC or Revit preferred
- FAA Remote Pilot Certification is a plus for drone survey responsibilities
