Position Summary
The Field Service Engineer supports the Field Services Manager and General Manager by coordinating and executing field service activities. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising site visits, installations, and inspections; providing technical troubleshooting support; overseeing equipment installation; operating 3D scanning equipment and related software; and producing accurate inspection reports. This role requires regular travel (50%– 75%) and participation in a 24/7 emergency response rotation.
● Perform duties efficiently in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind).
● Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
● Ensure accuracy, punctuality, and quality in all assignments.
● Promptly report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
● Support housekeeping and clean-up tasks.
● Work overtime as required.
● Assist with preparation and delivery of inspection reports.
● Carry out additional duties as assigned.

● General knowledge of plant safety practices.

● Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, kneel, twist, pull, push, grip, and climb. ● Capacity to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds consistently.
