We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated Central Engineering Team Manager to lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team. In this role, you will oversee facility design, product development, and enhancements while providing technical insight to support sales and innovation initiatives. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient, and customer-focused solutions. This position offers the opportunity to shape engineering processes, mentor team members, and contribute directly to the success of engineering operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a diverse engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the design and development of new facility designs and product offerings, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with sales, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing products to enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Support sales and business development by providing technical expertise, developing solutions, and translating customer feedback into actionable engineering improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize design, manufacturing efficiency, and standardize engineering practices across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in facility design, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency with process software and engineering tools.
• Familiarity with fabrication processes and build efficiencies.
• Experience supporting sales or customer-facing engineering projects.
• Experience working in a matrixed or multi-site engineering environment.
