Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a dynamic SDR who excels in communication to join a growing IT cybersecurity and compliance support firm in the New York area. Dedicated to providing top-tier technical support and innovative cybersecurity solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential clients through calls and emails, effectively introducing our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Diligently follow up on leads from cleaned and verified lists to maximize response rates.
  • Verify list accuracy in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring high data quality.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly to track progress and achieve sales KPIs.
  • Skillfully handle objections and rejections, maintaining a positive and adaptive approach.
  • Collaborate with the team to exceed performance goals and contribute to team success.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales experience, particularly in SaaS or IT, is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, follow detailed instructions, and commit to comprehensive training.
  • Personable and resilient with proven problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills with the capability to quickly learn new software.
  • Must have a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet and backup power, and the ability to work effectively in a home office setting.
