Job Summary:
Rakuten is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented University Recruiting Intern to join our team for the spring 2026 semester. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campus recruiting and talent acquisition. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting our campus event schedule as well as student engagement and outreach to ensure a seamless experience for potential candidates.

Minimum Requirements:
This is a part-time position with a minimum of 25 hours/week. The anticipated dates for this internship are January 12, 2026 – April 17, 2026. Pending success, this internship may be extended through August 2026.
At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the hourly rate for this role will be between $20 - $25 per hour. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
