Marketing Administrator
Skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Proficiency with content templates and basic digital content updates
- Familiarity with email marketing, social scheduling, and campaign reporting
- Vendor and inventory management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain marketing assets, templates, and content calendars to support campaigns and projects
- Assist with setup, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for advertising, email, and social media campaigns (HubSpot preferred)
- Update and prepare marketing collateral and digital content following brand guidelines
- Manage promotional items and vendor relationships, including orders, inventory control, and distribution
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events and conferences (travel, materials, booth coordination)
- Track campaign deliverables, maintain documentation, and support cross-functional communications within MarCom
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, digital media, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications or coursework in digital marketing, CRM tools, or marketing operations considered a plus
- 1+ year of administrative or coordination experience in marketing, communications, or advertising preferred
