As Events Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of Profound’s flagship event series (Zero Click) along with conference strategy, hosted events, partner gatherings, and industry activations that bring our story to life in the real world.
Build and execute the global events calendar, spanning owned events, sponsored conferences, and community meetups across North America, Europe, and beyond.
Lead Zero Click end-to-end: from concept and speaker lineup to experience design, brand integration, attendee acquisition, and post-event amplification.
Partner closely with marketing & sales to translate launches, industry events, customer stories, and category leadership into unforgettable in-person experiences.
Manage budgets, vendors, production timelines, and creative partners to deliver polished, on-brand events that scale with Profound’s growth.
Develop the measurement framework for event performance, pipeline impact, attendee satisfaction, brand awareness and feed those insights back into future planning.
Create post-event content and campaigns (recaps, thought-leadership pieces, highlight reels) to extend the reach of each experience across owned and earned channels.
Collaborate with executives and customers on speaking opportunities, ensuring our voice shows up consistently and credibly in the broader AI marketing ecosystem.
A creative, highly organized events professional who thrives at the intersection of logistics and storytelling.
You’ve built and scaled successful event programs, user conferences, customer summits, field marketing activations. Preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
You’re as comfortable shaping strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves day-of.
You have a strong sense of brand and audience - you understand how to make a technical story feel human, ambitious, and magnetic.
You’re data-minded: you know how to track ROI, pipeline attribution, and attendee conversion.
Bonus: experience producing or marketing thought-leadership events or category-defining summits; global event execution experience.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $120,000 – $170,000, plus equity and a full suite of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on your skills, experience, and location.
