The Sales Coordinator is responsible for; • Respond to inquiries and conduct/arrange facility tours in a timely manner. • Generate accurate daily census report, biweekly reports while maintaining and enhancing occupancy percentage at or above budget with a payer mix that meets or exceeds the budget expectations. • Assure community is in Federal/State compliance with all required documentation including contract and appropriate timeframes, verified and signed.• Complete resident intake process. • Coordinate with Nursing Supervisor to assure appropriateness of community admission. • Maintain and communicate accurate records of apartment availability. • Plan marketing events for the outside community to promote community. • Attend senior/marketing/church events to promote community. • Complete appropriate move-in packet for each new resident.
