We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role as one of the first points of contact within the department, ensuring that every patient, visitor, and colleague is treated with professionalism, respect, and warmth.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about serving a primarily Spanish-speaking population, helping ensure every patient feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their care experience.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
3. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
4. Current BLS certificate.
