About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll guide customers through their digital car purchase journey. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and champion of customer satisfaction.. all while earning competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and growth potential.

Serve as the main point of contact, guiding customers with clarity and care.
Answer questions, explain next steps, and provide updates via phone, text, and email.
Support financing, collect documents, and coordinate smooth delivery.
