Overview
Come Join Prime Healthcare's Behavioral Health Team in Bourbonnais as a Patient Service Rep!
Location - 102 Heritage Dr. Suite 102 Bourbonnais, IL
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00-5:30pm CST. No weekends or Prime observed holidays
Our Team: 2 MDs, 2 NPs, 1 Clinic Scheduler, and 2 PSRs when fully staffed.
Experience - We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and experience with administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Responsible for appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
3. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
4. Current BLS certificate.
