Responsibilities
- Execute operational initiatives for the Post-Sales function and provide ongoing support including performance reporting using Salesforce and internal data platforms.
- Collaborate with post-sale and revenue leaders to design and implement efficient operational processes with measurable impact.
- Deliver data-driven insights through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Data, Product, Finance, and other teams.
- Support GTM teams with ad-hoc projects such as board reporting, forecasting, system onboarding, and key initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
