Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Pontera is a rapidly growing fintech company dedicated to helping people retire better by providing tailored retirement management software for financial advisors. We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize and operate our Post-Sale revenue function, contributing directly to growth and operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Experience in revenue, sales, or business operations with strong Salesforce CRM reporting skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling capabilities with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across technical, operational, and creative teams.
  • Problem-solving ability with a collaborative and autonomous approach.
  • Familiarity with tech stack tools like Marketo, Gong, Tableau, and data enrichment platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute operational initiatives for the Post-Sales function and provide ongoing support including performance reporting using Salesforce and internal data platforms.
  • Collaborate with post-sale and revenue leaders to design and implement efficient operational processes with measurable impact.
  • Deliver data-driven insights through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Data, Product, Finance, and other teams.
  • Support GTM teams with ad-hoc projects such as board reporting, forecasting, system onboarding, and key initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
