Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of product samples including intake, tracking, outbound/inbound movement, and returns
- Coordinate pre-season showroom inventory setup and sample presentations in select AMER offices
- Maintain organized and labeled sample inventory for easy internal access
- Provide cross-functional support to Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams with sample requests
- Manage logistics for sample shipments related to tradeshows, photoshoots, and sell-in events
- Maintain showroom and storage spaces according to brand standards
- Oversee seasonal temporary workforce during peak commercial periods including onboarding and task management
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
