Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the external corporate communications strategy for the Americas aligned with On’s global business objectives.
- Manage U.S. media relations by building strong connections with key business, finance, and trade journalists.
- Oversee financial communications including quarterly earnings and coordinate media strategy with Investor Relations.
- Craft and oversee communications for regional announcements, business developments, and company culture initiatives.
- Create and manage the executive speaking strategy to elevate thought leadership for senior leaders.
- Write and develop compelling corporate messages, press releases, talking points, and briefing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify brand stories across company and external channels.
- Support crisis mitigation and reputation management with the global communications team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
