We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Cycle Senior Manager to oversee key areas within our revenue cycle operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of revenue cycle functions—particularly in accounts receivable and eligibility—and lead a team focused on continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee revenue cycle activities including billing, collections, denial management, and eligibility verification
  • Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding AR and improve cash flow
  • Work with payers and internal teams to resolve claim denials and maximize reimbursement
  • Guide and support a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as patient access, coding, and finance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and payer regulations and maintain compliance standards
  • Generate and present reports on performance metrics and revenue trends to senior leadership

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a strong focus on AR and eligibility services.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing AR teams and optimizing revenue cycle performance.
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification, prior authorizations, and claim adjudication processes.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems.
  • Analytical skills to interpret AR data and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Healthcare Revenue Cycle (e.g., CRCR, CHAM, or CPC).
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines.
  • Familiarity with process automation and revenue cycle analytics tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to client sites in the United States and to our office in Honduras.
  • Primarily office-based with occasional on-site visits for staff training and audits.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs).
