Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with finance companies to ensure smooth client processes.
- Review loan applications daily to prioritize processing.
- Evaluate loan quotes for accuracy and alignment with financial objectives.
- Audit documents to approve or reject loan packages for funding.
- Enter data from loan applications and related documents into the system.
- Follow up consistently with originators, borrowers, and agents to complete processing.
- Analyze loan files and submit completed loans for approval.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with guidelines and regulations.
- Create and maintain loan files and update their status regularly.
- Complete required paperwork and reports timely and accurately.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts for loan processing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client cases.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Equivalent combination of education and related experience accepted.
