Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing a monthly projected revenue model by comparing scheduled employee hours to the firm’s budgeted revenue. This includes analyzing chargeable time for approximately 60 professionals, applying billing rates, and helping estimate future revenue.
Support the creation of monthly performance reports for partners, helping track their progress toward financial goals. Work alongside the ERP team to compile data and prepare report cards within one week of month-end.
Help expand these monthly reports to include Senior Managers and Managers, and assist with automating this process through the ERP system.
Contribute to the firm’s annual budget planning process by gathering data and helping prepare financial models for the 2026 budget.
Assist with weekly reporting on staff availability and productivity (capacity and chargeability), following up with teams as needed to ensure accurate tracking.
Support the audit team with project budgeting for approximately 600 client engagements each year, helping with data entry and basic analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts); familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools
Ability to interpret financial data and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to collaborative projects
Interest or coursework in financial modeling, revenue analysis, or data reporting is a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems or time-tracking software is a bonus, but not required
This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
