End User Delivery and Implementation Lead

Point72 is a global alternative investment firm investing in talent and technology to advance its investing capabilities. The firm is seeking an experienced End User Delivery and Implementation Lead to manage planning, execution, and adoption of end user technology projects, coordinating across technology teams, business units, and vendors to deliver solutions that improve productivity and user experience.

Skills

  • End-user technology deployment and lifecycle management
  • Project planning and execution (MS Project, Jira, Trello)
  • Change management (Prosci or equivalent)
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Vendor coordination and management
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams and collaboration platforms
  • Understanding of ITIL and service management practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of end user technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate across internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors for successful implementations
  • Oversee deployment of hardware, software, and end user technologies with minimal business disruption
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Apply change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) to drive user adoption and minimize resistance
  • Build and execute measurable change management plans including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
  • Act as primary stakeholder contact during delivery and provide regular status, risk, and outcome updates to leadership
  • Keep current on industry trends and recommend technologies to improve end user experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field (required)
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
