Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of end user technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate across internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors for successful implementations
- Oversee deployment of hardware, software, and end user technologies with minimal business disruption
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and compliance guidelines
- Apply change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) to drive user adoption and minimize resistance
- Build and execute measurable change management plans including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
- Act as primary stakeholder contact during delivery and provide regular status, risk, and outcome updates to leadership
- Keep current on industry trends and recommend technologies to improve end user experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field (required)
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
