Order Network eXchange (onX) Implementation Manager
Skills
- 5+ years in commerce integration, OMS/WMS/ERP connectivity, or API-driven implementations
- Strong technical understanding of modern commerce integration patterns (MCP, REST APIs, webhooks, EDI, event streaming)
- Hands-on experience with commerce platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, Manhattan, IBM Sterling
- Ability to translate technical details into clear business outcomes and documentation
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams and supporting pre-sales technical discussions
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations for integration, inventory, and order management frameworks, including early onX deployments
- Translate complex order workflows across OMS, ERP, and fulfillment systems into scalable automation and orchestration models
- Develop Pipe17’s onX reference implementation, templates, and reference architectures for MCP, API and event-based flows
- Partner with solution engineers, product, and engineering to optimize onX deployment, testing, and validation
- Create onboarding guides, integration documentation, and technical enablement materials for customers and partners
- Support pre-sales conversations advising brands and 3PLs on connectivity and implementation strategies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional certifications or demonstrable hands-on integration experience preferred
