We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the planning and execution of events that reflect GG Media’s standards of quality and creativity. You will work closely with our production, logistics, and design teams to deliver seamless experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
Support on-site event operations, managing setup, registration, and guest experience.
Oversee post-event evaluation and reporting to enhance future performance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all deliverables meet company and client expectations.
