Job Description

Podium Education is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who is energized by problem-solving, collaboration, and building high-quality solutions. This role supports various RevOps teams and works closely with the Lead Business Systems Architect, developers, marketing team members and product owners across multiple departments. 

We are seeking an individual who enjoys analyzing business needs and helping design technical solutions using Salesforce tools and features. The role provides opportunities to learn new capabilities - including platform features and other scaling technology, including AI, to contribute to an evolving ecosystem that supports Podium Education teams and students.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions and related systems to meet business needs.
• Support existing Salesforce features and troubleshoot issues as part of daily operations.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other technical partners across multiple layers of the technology stack.
• Participate in and contribute to iterative planning, refinement, and delivery.
• Test new and existing products; assist with environment management and release activities.
• Contribute to documentation, analysis, and design discussions that improve solution quality and user experience.

• Strong analytical, inductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate technical and business contexts with users of varying levels of technical expertise.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant work experience. Or, Equivalent combination of education and work experience, including SalesForce Trailhead Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lighting Salesforce, building customer experience from Lead through enrollment. 
• Building Flows, experience or knowledge with Callouts. 
• Collaboration with marketing teams, and leveraging Iterable and Twilio.
• Familiarity with Intercom, Front, and/or Aircall telephony system.
