Podium Education is seeking part-time HelpHub Specialists to support students with academic questions from August 15 to December 15, contributing to their success through guidance in various Tracks such as Digital Marketing and Data Analytics.
Responsibilities: HelpHub Specialists will assist students via chat and video, provide feedback on assignments, adapt to evolving course content, and collaborate within the HelpHub team.
Skills: Candidates must be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and have a student-centric approach to support success in learning environments.
Qualifications: Candidates should have completed both parts of a designated Track and possess strong communication and organizational skills; experience in tutoring or relevant fields is preferred.
Location: This position can be performed remotely, with potential candidates from Austin, Phoenix, or other locations.

The time commitment is approximately 15-20 working hours per week, and weekend work is required.
