Job Description
As a Supervisor, Student Records, you’ll lead a dedicated team that ensures accuracy and efficiency in managing student records. Your work will directly impact the student experience by maintaining service level agreements, driving quality assurance, and supporting organizational goals through collaboration and innovation.
What You'll Do
• Oversee daily workflows and manage team operations, including hiring, training, and coaching staff
• Monitor and maintain departmental service level agreements and quality standards
• Provide coverage for workspace overflow and ensure timely processing of student records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a subject matter expert for Student Records
• Lead special projects and contribute to policy development and process improvements
• Analyze data trends and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development through mentoring and training
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3 or more years of experience in a contact center environment or previous leadership experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and student information systems
• Advanced knowledge of institutional policies and Banner data reconciliation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional business tone
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach employees, and drive performance improvements
Bonus Points if You Have
• 2 or more years of experience in a Student Records office
• Advanced level knowledge of CRM systems and student information platforms
• Experience contributing to organizational policy development and strategic planning
